Michael Dempsey

Founder

Founded Ezidebit in 1999 and grew it to become Australia’s leading provider of SaaS based payment processing solutions before it was acquired in 2014

Michael Hermans

Portfolio Manager

Michael joined Pipeline in 2016 as Portfolio Manager and has overall responsibility for investment management, operations and risk management. Michael has over 30 years’ experience in banking, investment management and research.

With a Sales and Marketing background, Parker joined Pipeline Capital’s team as Executive Assistant in late 2022, bringing valuable experience and managerial skills while closely engaging with our portfolio companies.

Founder

Dan has been CEO of Tradelink, Australia’s second largest plumbing supply chain, CEO of Onsite Equipment Rental and Director and interim CEO of Global Television

Investment Analyst

Du joined Pipeline Capital in 2017 as an Investment Analyst and was previously a lawyer in the Corporate/Property Development industry. Du currently reviews and manages existing and new investments for the Pipeline Investment Portfolio across all asset classes.

Veronika Marinova

Investment Associate

Veronika joined the Pipeline in 2023 as an investment associate, assisting the team with new and existing investments across a range of asset classes. Prior to her role at Pipeline Capital she spent 4 years in Private Wealth Management.
